If you happen to be one of those persons who can’t stand seeing people not being taken care of, if you find yourself always rushing to attend to a crying child, weak adult or a disabled person then, this is your opportunity to earn a modest living from your good deeds. The Canadian Government has created an easy pathway for caregivers to swiftly migrate and live in Canada for as long as they wish.

Its been announced that the Canada’s two major caregiver pilot programs are currently accepting applications for serious minded applicants. These programs grants intending caregivers the unlimited pathway to live, work, and also become permanent residents in Canada. Below, we will give you detailed information on the two pilot programs, and also provide you steps on how to apply rightfully and be granted visa swiftly.

Each of these programs has it’s own unique requirements so, as an intending applicant who would want to migrate to Canada either as a Nannie or caregiver it’s best you read carefully and understand what program that best fits you before you proceed to tender your application.

The two types of caregiver pilot programs in Canada are :

  1. Home Child Care Provider : This pilot program is known to last for a minimum of 5-years. It consists of workers such as, Babysitters, Nannies, Parent’s helpers, Child-care providers, Live-in caregivers etc. The Home child care provider program enables the qualified applicant to migrate over to Canada with their family members with an option of becoming permanent residents. Its easier and a very enticing option to apply for the Canadian citizenship through the Home Child Care Provider Pilot so, if you eventually get employed in Canada  as a nannie or caregiver or you’re already working there, we are letting you know that it’s possible to apply for your permanent resident visa.]
  2. Home Support Worker Pilot Program :  Just like the Home Child Care Provider Pilot, this pilot program also runs for a minimum of 5-years with the difference being that the people who are to apply for this program are workers who fall under the following brackets : Family caregivers, Housekeepers, Home Support Workers, Live-in Care givers for aged people, Personal care attendants, Personal Helpers etc. You can also apply for Canada’s permanent residency under this pilot program.

Both pilot programs were introduced to replace the earlier caregiver programs on June 18, 2019. And ever since both pilot programs were invented, many applicants have been granted entries into Canada through both programs.
